From working mums to athletes, Tom offers a refreshing ‘health first’ approach to fitness and is extremely passionate about getting his clients not only looking amazing on the outside, but feeling incredible inside. When not running wellness retreats, Tom operates his personal training business in the UK. His extensive knowledge, experience and supportive nature ensure that all your fitness goals are met.
Dr Alice Webb
Co - Founder, Lead Retreat Doctor, Wellness Practitioner with special interest in Sleep, Ageing and Stress Management.
Dr Alice Webb MBCHB (hons) graduated with honours and has since worked in a wide variety of medical specialities, currently specialising in Anaesthetics and Intensive Care. As resident doctor she offers our guests an unrivalled and comprehensive health 'MOT' which includes a detailed health check and blood test profiling.
Alice is an instructor of Advanced Life Support and has presented internationally. As a competitive runner, she has always been passionate about health and fitness and strongly believes in the importance of education. She values a holistic approach to health having seen the effects that stress and unhealthy lifestyles can have on the body first hand. She holds qualifications in sleep optimisation, stress management and anti-ageing and is also a qualified Dance Fitness Instructor. Clients on our retreats can rest assured that their health is Alice's number one priority.

Yoga Expert, Mindfulness Practitioner
Whilst born in India, it wasn’t until Carina moved to London that she started practising for the first time and it was here that her love for yoga truly began. Since deciding to leave her career in law behind her, Carina is now an expert teacher having trained all over the world. She holds extensive qualifications in many different types of practice, including: Vinyasa, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Yin. As well as this Carina is a trained detox and mindfulness practitioner.
Carina is passionate about helping others; through practice and under her expert guidance, guests will leave de-stressed, calm and invigorated.
Dr Jack Webb
Supporting Retreat Doctor
Dr Jack Webb is currently practising emergency medicine in A&E departments in the East of England. He is a sports and fitness fanatic, a competitive rugby player and takes part in a wide variety of sports. Jack particularly enjoys running in his spare time.
During his time working as a hospital doctor, Jack has gained a wealth of insight into how leading a healthy lifestyle results in a healthy mind and body. He has a passion for health education and primary prevention having experienced the frustrations of treating life-threatening but preventable diseases in hospital.
We are delighted to have Jack join the Equilibrium team and he looks forward to sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm for health and fitness with our guests.
